Once a lesson is purchased, it will be sent to you in one or more zipped files via www.yousendit.com. This is a free service to you. You will be emailed a link where you can download the files. Lessons are usually delivered within 24 hours of purchase.

1. Written instruction in PDF format is provided with each lesson. Included are "Playing Exercises" and information on interpreting and understanding the new concepts introduced in each lesson. Supplemental and review exercises are also included with most lessons.

2. A Quicktime video is included with each lesson. The video provides additional instruction and tips on how to practice and understand the concepts and exercises provided in each written (PDF) lesson.
